A thread on ask.me asked an interesting question:”is there an exhaustive resource listing water/oil soluble herbs and spices?” (not verbatim). How herbs, spices and flavor agents are best disseminated is indeed a complex chemical question and to my knowledge, not collected in one place. That is, until the ‘hive mind’ dropped this genius resource on us.
